If you are looking to get a slice of Arizona property for yourself and your family, then you need to consider a lot of different things that will also affect your perception of the lowest (or best price) for a piece of Arizona property. Note that the best price for the same real estate part may be different for different people (because the level of motivation to purchase a particular piece of real estate may vary). So, if you have a lot of friends living in a specific area in Arizona, then the Arizona real estate in that area may be your preference and hence increase your motivation level.
Similarly your motivation to buy will be higher if you plan to move to a place on a new job account that you take in that place or if you have transferred it to that place in your current work yourself. If you have children, you have to look around Arizona real estate that has a good school around it. Since I grew up in Mesa, Arizona, a suburb of Phoenix, I can tell you from experience that Arizona is a great place to live. The people are friendly. Speed is slower than say California or New York, but a little faster paced than saying Texas. Schools are some of the highest values in the nation. But most of all, Arizona is a good real estate investment because it is a great place to live and raise families.
If I had to vote for you a city where to live I would choose Phoenix, Scottsdale, or Mesa. Scottsdale is a great choice to buy from. Why? Because there are many new properties there and it is always known as the best area in the Phoenix metropolitan area.
Also, hot Arizona is a dry heat, so don't worry about moisture. Arizona Real Estate, in my opinion, is one of the best places to buy in the United States. I grew up in Arizona, and I wouldn't have traded my childhood for another place in the world! Buy Arizona Real Estate!
